As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel's financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.

We are ideally seeking an experienced GM with brand experience (Hilton) from the SW market. Should have 5+ years of Full-Service GM experience: leading teams, creating innovative strategies, bringing a unique perspective and; always building sound relationships..
We need a GM with superior owner relationship management skills, must be able manage a renovation, and drive/maintain the guest/associate impact. Strong F&B training helpful, but revenue management experience is a driving priority.
This hotel will be underging $6m+ Million renovation starting in May 2014 - encompassing all rooms, lobby, F&B outlets and meeting space.
This hotel experiences strong mid-week business with loyal corporate accounts and group business. Weekend group and leisure are key occupants, so GM must maximize peak season (January --- April).
